ADA Grievance Procedure

Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of disability by SRT-Malheur Express may file an ADA complaint by completing and submitting the agency's ADA Complaint Form.

Grievances should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than (30) days following the incident in which the grievance is based upon.

SRT-Malheur Express, operated by Malheur Council on Aging and Community Services is committed to providing equal access and opportunity to individuals with disabilities throughout all its programs, services & activities. 

We recognize that individuals with disabilities may need reasonable modifications in order to fully utilize transit services and can provide reasonable modifications to policies, practices and procedures upon request. 

We encourage individuals to make reasonable modification requests in advance of using services whenever possible and if known in advance. To make a reasonable modification request in advance, please contact our Transportation Manager at 541-881-0000 (TTY 7-1-1) or by email at brittany.white@mcoacs.org.

SRT-Malheur Express understands that advance requests for reasonable modifications may not always be feasable. In these instances, individuals may make reasonable modification requests directly to bus operators at the time of service.
